Bookings
We have found that because of the nature of our business
and that we are working by appointment with clients most of
the day, we are unable to get to phone, text and emails, our
usual phoning and texting and emailing system has become harder
to respond to within a reasonable time, especially if your
wanting an appointment on the same day. So from now on we
don’t take text or email bookings, but you can book via
our website for booking at the location that best suits you.
You can also call us on 09-815 5425 to leave a message and
we will endevour to get back to you as soon as we can.

NEW Location
NEW CITY STUDIO: Level 1, 137 Victoria Street West, corner
of Nelson Street. Go inside the Empire Tavern. The entrance
to the building is on Nelson Street. Our studio is on the
2nd floor above the Empire Tavern. At the entrance there is
a big pink and blackboard sign outside on the footpath by
the seats. When inside the Tavern at this entrance, there
is a stairway. Go upstairs and follow signs and arrow. If
you have any problems finding us, the guys in the tavern will
direct you.

No Show is a No No
Your appointment time is reserved for you well ahead of time,
and it is likely that time cannot be filled if you were to
cancel. PLEASE keep your appointment time! If you must change
your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice
so we can fill that slot, there is loss of earnings for us
and clients wanting to book in miss out…Please consider
this if you cannot make your appointment time thankyou.
If making an appointment please be on time as my appointments
run to schedule. Running late can cause problems as it takes
up the next client's appointment time and can continue for
all my clients following during the day. Better to just to
leave a little earlier so you can make it on time. Thank you.
There is a 50% cancellation fee if no shows and cancellation
is late.
We accept Eftpos and cash. Cheques by prior arrangement.
