We have found recently that because of the nature of our business and that we are working by appointment with clients all day, we are unable to get to the phone, text and emails. Our usual phone, text and email system is too hard to respond to within a reasonable time, especially if your wanting an appointment on the same day or wanting to cancel an appointment within 24 hours. We do not have a receptionist and the booking system is for your and our convenience and ease. So from now on we don’t take phone, text or email bookings.
